samplerEclectic Café
is excited to welcome back Michael Ianniello for his second year as Executive Chef.

His unique dishes and twists on the originals make our restaurant truly eclectic. He continues to bring his slant on modern cuisine while basing his focus in the traditional. Michael, a life long resident of Cape Cod began his career in the industry at the age of 13, but got his first taste of fine cuisine around the age of 18 at the Penguin Sea Grille of Hyannis under Chef Bobby Gold. He continued to hone his skills for three years at the Red Pheasant of Dennis. Michael then worked three years at the Naked Oyster of Hyannis under Chef David Kelly. Michael also worked for one season as the chef at the Chillingsworth Bistro of Brewster before making the move out west. He spent a year and a half at Sweet Basil of Vail, Colorado, under the tutelage of Paul Anders where he obtained inspiration for some of his current dishes at Eclectic Café. In Michael’s free time he has also done stages at #9 Park of Boston under Chef Barbara Lynch, Clio of Boston under Chef Ken Oringer, Via Matta of Boston under Chef Michael Schlow, and finally Moto and iNG of Chicago under Homor Cantu. Michael takes great pride with his dishes in both taste as well as presentation. Eclectic Café has become his home and we are thrilled to be able to serve his delectable dishes.
